I created this meditation for you so you can connect with yourself.  It is made with love. My energy reaches out to you to guide you in the process.

This meditation is part of my way to Come Home to myself and be fully me. The Coming Home Spiral: Feel, Connect, Heal, Activate and Rise I use in my coaching sessions. It will raise your vibrations and bring you closer to your true nature.

Connecting to yourself is a wonderful way to support yourself  to release tension. When you experiencing emotions like f.e. anxiety, fear, irritation or anger or something you do not understand.

You will get to know yourself. What triggers you, what your patterns are. Why you react the way you do.  It guides you to explore what you need and give it to yourself.

It requires openness, curiosity, awareness, trust and courage. The more you do it, the easier it gets.
